Helen Pluckrose is one of the three academics,along with Peter Boghossian, James A. Lindsay, that took part in what is often referred to as the grievance studies probe or "Sokal Squared" . As a result of the project, Helen, formerly an academic with PSU is, in exile. She is currently serving as the Editor in Chief of the Areo Magazine; her research interests reside in late medieval/early modern religious writing by and about women[1]. Helen Pluckrose and James Lindsay are two young, liberal, exceptionally well-informed, open-minded scholars. So naturally they are exiles from the modern university. Both have immersed themselves in their respective fields of scholarship and have found themselves hitting against the wall of “social justice theory”, postmodernism and much more. Unlike most of their contemporaries, they have decided to try to break down that wall.

This book exposes the brainlessness in today’s universities. Douglas Murray fears that it may have arrived too late
