Holly Noel Angel (born December 22, 1992) is an American Actress, Singer, Song-writer and Performer and is known for her role on MTV: Taking the Stage (season 2) and her live performances at The Great Smoky Mountain Lumberjack Feud in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Holly Noel Angel was born with a name that was meant to be in lights. Indeed Holly Noel Angel is her legally given birth name due to her being born close to Christmas. She was brought home as a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve. Holly grew in the small city of Fort Thomas, KY located across the river from Cincinnati, OH. Growing up her parents knew she was meant to perform because she would run around in tu-tu’s, tap shoes, Disney costumes, and sing in front of everyone with a microphone. After seeing her first Leonardo film, Titanic, she professed to her parents that she was going to be a star! Holly began her training in dancing at Manyet Dance Studio in Newport, KY and singing in school choir. She registered and performed in beauty pageants at a young age, but after a few competitions realized that she was meant for more than that. She stayed involved performing in local and school productions. She also found a unique hobby in competitive Figure Skating where dance came in handy. Holly competed for five years under the direction of Jay Weppler at Northern Kentucky Ice Rink. During her middle school years at Highlands Middle School Holly was bullied for her love of the arts and being "different" which later in her life would influence her activism for Anti-Bullying. In 2006 Holly took the opportunity to attend the prestigious School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) in Cincinnati, Ohio where she began formally studying acting, singing, dancing, musical theater, and creative writing. During her six years there Holly was in numerous productions, commercials, and modeling shoots inside and outside of school.


Big Break

During her junior year at SCPA she scored the role of a lifetime on MTV: Taking the Stage (season 2), a musical reality show produced by famous alumni, Nick Lachey. Taking the Stage was a musical reality show set at the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, Ohio which premiered on January 28, 2010 and concluded on April 15, 2010 with an order of 12 episodes. The show followed the lives of student artists at SCPA through their training, successes, and the tough crucial moments of becoming an artist in the industry. Each episode featured original music and choreography by the students themselves, performed at the school and other locations in Over-the-Rhine. '[1]
