Dear Mr. Penis Head is the debut album by San Diego based band Danielle LoPresti and The Masses. Originally released as a solo Danielle LoPresti album, Dear Mr. Penis Head was the springboard that launched LoPresti's independent label, Say It Records, and the first assembly of her band, The Masses.

LoPresti hired producer/ mixer and Interscope A&R representative, Michael James to be Executive Producer for her first release. James brought producers David Zeman and Urban Olsson on board to produce Dear Mr. Penis Head. The title track to the album was inspired by a phone call LoPresti had with notorious entertainment attorney, Todd Cooper, who used all 30 minutes of the phone call to list the numerous reasons he believed she should quit making music. LoPresti channeled her anger into tongue-in-cheek gratitude, and wrote Cooper a thank-you note that began with Dear Mr. Penis Head.[1]
