The editor behind these IP addresses and occasional sock accounts usually edits in the area of pages about various ethnic groups, with a particular focus on the Roma. When active they will typically be using three or more IP addresses. About 50% of their edits are actually reasonable, but they have been banned for edit warring, using multiple addresses, persistently adding unreferenced or questionably sourced information after being warned, occasional vandalism, etc.

Often when admins start to block the IP addresses the user is using they will create a new sock account and try to undo the reversion of their edits such as Corridor of Frenzy.
