I am a synthetic inorganic chemist. My graduate studies focused on synthesizing unstable organometallic complexes which contain a weakly-bound ligand, and studying the behavior of said ligand by means of variable-temperature NMR spectroscopy and isotopic labeling experiments. I also have some experience in the synthesis of main group compounds, specifically those of antimony or zinc.

I'm trying to use my experiences as a research chemist to incrementally improve existing chemistry pages. So far, I have focused these efforts on the entry for Osmium.
