The city Flag of Leszno, Poland is a horizontal bicolour flag with a golden top stripe and crimson bottom stripe. Its variant flag includes the municipal coat of arms in the center.[1] The county flag is a horizontal triband of gold, red, and gold; much like the city flag, its ceremonial variant includes the county coat of arms in the center. The gold color represents greatness and chivalry, as well as light, dignity, glory, power. Other interpretations state that the gold color represents the values of friendship, courageousness, and good health. The red symbolizes youthfulness, fire, and the blood and sacrifice of warriors.[2][3]
