You can see the two edits I made which more or less cover the facts that you wanted to add. I didn't add the hypothesis about the TMC's intention because the Radio Dabanga article didn't attribute that opinion to any of the major groups (SPA, FFC, ...). Boud (talk) 22:55, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
