Hello, Ají Picante

Thank you for creating Peruvian-Bolivian War of 1841-1842.

User:Doomsdayer520, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Thank you for this new article, but note that other editors have called for more citations. Also, this article overlaps the more robust existing article Battle of Ingavi and the two could possibly be merged.

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Doomsdayer520}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .

@Doomsdayer520: I totally forgot about that! yeap! not a problem to me, I think both articles can merge. However, keep in mind that a battle is not a war. Salutations. --Ají Picante (talk) 22:22, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Evo Morales, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Movimiento al Socialismo. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Narco State material

[edit]

There are several problems with both sections. I am assuming you are a Bolivian national from the username. Spicy indeed! I am generally in agreement that links between MAS and the narcotraficantes are notably absent from English speaking media and that there is ample evidence of links even from the most basic research. The truth is, however, that this material doesn't adhere with several policies and most editors will delete the whole lot. One example is that you say the drug trade "skyrocketed", but that is nowhere in the cited material. Such papers as WSJ... you only have one source and people would arguable say that it should say "according to the WSJ" and then argue WP:UNDUE and WP:BLP. There are some interesting citations in the Chapare page, but you need to look for some international studies to take away from the impression that are your sources are people that hate Evo. In general, however, other editors will not be as sympathetic. Crmoorhead (talk) 15:04, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Crmoorhead: Totally agree, I need more citations but don't worry: there is a tone in the internet and the page has less than 24 hours. Just need a little more time. --Ají Picante (talk) 15:07, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I know you claim to be "retired", but after incidentally seeing the edit you were warned for above it's best to make that forced. When you can explain why that was so horrific and convince an admin you've repudiated such views, then we'll maybe talk. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 21:43, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
