I believe your intent was well meaning but this image (Image:Annieduke.jpg) that you uploaded appears to be under copyright and there for can not be used.

There are many articles at Wikipedia that have images that may appear to have an Inferior quality to them, or in many cases with no image at all, take a look the article about Lucy Liu that has this image of her Image:LucyLiu.jpg, I have looked all over the place trying to a better freeuse image with no luck. the reason the present image of her exist is it is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.0 (cc-by-sa-2.0) which allows Wikipedia to use it.

Understanding the policies can sometimes be confusing, which is something that happens to many of us editors new and old including myself, I hope this experience doesn't discourages you from wanting to learn more about Wikipedia and contributing to it, Thank you. ▪◦▪≡ЅiREX≡Talk 19:28, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
