Thank you user Dionyseus for commenting on this page personally. I found your note obviously generated by some Wiki reverting tool to be enlightening. Please comment again soon. Riscy 11:12, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Are you also Amaccormack? Dionyseus 13:56, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The answer to your question is no. If I was I would have removed the above mentioned VP spam. But why would you assume I am Amaccormack? Riscy 04:42, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Paranoia, maybe? --Amaccormack 11:41, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I closed the afd on Trilby's Notes and appreciate your being bold and merging the article. I closed the AFD with the consensus of keep.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 15:35, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree - pat on the back. In addition to making it less likely to be renominated for deletion, I think the merged article is a better article.--Kubigula (talk) 15:46, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Adventures of Fatman

I have commented on the AFD page itself. Also, please be civil and assume good faith. I do not "make up lies." Andre (talk) 16:35, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deletions

[edit]

Do I have to ask you again to assume good faith and to be civil? I am not bitter that I "lost," nor do I personally care what happens to your articles. I do feel, however, that it is my duty as a Wikipedia editor to nominate for deletion articles that are not notable. Andre (talk) 21:04, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If we're talking civility, surely looking at someone you've lost an AFD to's contributions and AFDing another article of theirs is qualifies as "personally targeted behavior that causes an atmosphere of greater conflict and stress". Dionyseus used to hide behind AGF, too, which is rich coming from someone who goes around saying references were not suitable external links when he obviously had only looked at one of them then assumed all the others were bad too. --Amaccormack 22:58, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I find your rhetoric abrasive, and I recommend you tone it down. I'm not always right in my arguments, but that doesn't mean you should begin a campaign of personal attacks. Andre (talk) 18:43, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly, no hard feelings, I believe in forgive and forget. I hope you're more careful in the future, because not everyone is willing to move on so quickly. Look out for more adventure game AfDs soon, though... I expect an equally strong, if a bit less blunt, defense :) Andre (talk) 08:24, 25 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Amaccormack. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:7daysscreen3.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Amaccormack/7 Days a Skeptic. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 01:54, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Fatman 00.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Fatman 00.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 16:21, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Shivah Screenshot.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Shivah Screenshot.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
