Vikram lander

[edit]

Hello, and I apologize for the reverts. I am aware that the press in India has been publishing all kinds of stories regarding a successful landing, and you do cite some of those sources. The fact is that Sivan said it was a "hard-landing", and ISRO has not made any official update since then, other than the blurry thermal image pointing at the location of contact/impact, which Mr. Sivan wisely refused to elaborate any further, and refused to comment on the potential condition of the lander. Again: no official statement has been released by ISRO stating the lander is intact/successful, and the comments by PK Gosh on the lander being "intact" were not an official update, he said that in conversation in the context that it is a rumor ("they said that...") The high definition optical images should be published soon, together with an actual official statement. In between, we use Mr. Sivan's statement on the crash, the blurry thermal image of the site, and we use specialized aerospace publications remarking the physics of the telemetry and the [high] speed before contact. Hang in there, we will write the facts from the official statements and the results by Mr. P S Goel, whom was just appointed to head the Failure Analysis Committee. Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Kamala Harris. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. – Muboshgu (talk) 02:02, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to The Goonies. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. It's especially unclear to me why you would change the runtime figure given that it is sourced and that you didn't change the more precise runtime in the immediately following note. Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page Jumanji:_The_Next_Level#Plot, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Davepeta (talk) 03:31, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

February 2020

[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Cygnus NG-13, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Your change is not supported by the cited reference (for which a future access date was given). David Biddulph (talk) 02:04, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I wish I knew how to add a reliable source. I created the Cygnus NG-13 page as well. NG added on their page at 8:30 PM that the new launch date is 4:05 PM on 13 February. Is it possible you could show me how to add sources so we can correct this? Please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Antares101 (talkcontribs) 02:09, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The way to cite sources is given at Help:Referencing for beginners. --David Biddulph (talk) 02:15, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Stop icon Please don't make changes, as you did at Cygnus (spacecraft), which contradict the cited reference. If you have a new published reliable source which supports your change, then you must include that reference. --David Biddulph (talk) 02:33, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Cygnus NG-13. Yet again you are contradicting the cited reference. You are obviously not listening to what you've been told. David Biddulph (talk) 18:36, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Talk pages

[edit]

Hi, thanks for contributing to spaceflight articles! On new articles you create, it can be helpful to add a talk page with associated wikiprojects, such as I did in this edit. If you forget, someone might come around and do it later like in this case. I saw you haven't contributed in a couple months, if it had to do with the messages above, let me know and I can help you with the referencing. Thanks for contributing! Light of The Passing Train moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Light of The Passing Train. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 02:51, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
