Your recent good work on Selma (film)

[edit]

Thanks for your recent clean up at Selma (film). There's more to be done. I'm going to work on te location shooting. Wouldn't it be great to get the articl up to 'good' by the time a broad range of reviews are available (like by the first week of 2015). Keep up the good work. If you need help I could be a minor source, and at least direct you to a more knowledgable editor than I. —Neonorange (talk) 02:54, 28 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! I know, the page is kind of a mess. It's littered with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors too. I'll be working on it. Babylove0306 (talk) 00:23, 29 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Selma

[edit]

Hi! I noticed you made some changes to the 'Awards' section of Selma. I had made some changes to that section, trying to find a simple way of listing nominations and wins. Since the film really hasn't been released yet (even the limited release won't be until the 25th) and the awards season has just begun, this section is going to be complicated for awhile. The Washington, D.C. Award ceremony happened Monday the 8th, and the results were no wins for Selma. If I recall correctly, Selma won the 'Newcomers' award from the L.A. Critics, and two other groups announced nominations. I'm still trying to understand the markup for tables, so I have yet to enter that information. I am open to a better way to handle this. At any rate, I removed the 'Status' column because 'pending' did not seem to work. The markup for tables seem difficult to maintain—I'll try to find something simpler. And, of course, most all the tenses in the article need to change—plus the stuff you mentioned earlier. Have a good holiday season. — Neonorange (talk) 05:51, 10 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Time Mag. cover for Immitation Game

[edit]

Hi there! I just wanted to ask if you had any objection to me removing the Time Magazine cover. I really don't know things work in terms of copyright with covers but the photo is not currently being used for what it's original purpose was and I'm guessing it is still this under copyright. Please let me know otherwise I will flag it for removal. Cheers!Monopoly31121993 (talk) 16:41, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Verona furniture by anna james.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
