[edit]

Hello, CarterSpowartLehmann, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Draft:New South Wales Under-16s Rugby League Team, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Forgive me if I've got the wrong end of the stick, but I'm getting a definite feeling that you have some sort of vested interest in the South Sydney Rabbitohs articles I've had a go at cleaning up recently. You haven't provided any rationale for undoing my changes, whereas I have at least attempted to explain the reasons for deleting a whole swathe of content from the 2020 South Sydney Rabbitohs season article on its talk page. From what I can see, you're still a pretty inexperienced editor who has never edited a talk page except as part of a page move, so forgive me if I'm teaching grandma to suck eggs, but if you have a problem with another editor's changes or if you simply want to raise the idea of including content in an article, the talk page is a good place to go. I realise my changes were quite broad-reaching, but the article was in a dire state, especially with the inclusion of a whole bunch of non-notable youth and women's matches. If you want to include that content, you first need to provide a decent rationale for doing so, but I would suggest you should also find a better place to include it, as you run the risk of the actual notable content (i.e. that of the senior men's team) being overwhelmed by stuff the reader probably doesn't care about. – PeeJay 07:02, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article 2019 Ron Massey Cup has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Incomplete and even if it was, it fails WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
