Improperly sourced statements regarding 2024 World Aquatics Championships

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Peloneous. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Doha, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I have also removed the identical statement added to 2024 Summer Olympics whose citation was to a non-existent page on the Qatar Tourism website. Thank you.

Overlinking

[edit]

Hello, I partially reverted your edits to Salman of Saudi Arabia as you added links to things that should generally not be linked; countries, especially common ones such as the ones you linked (China, Japan, Pakistan, etc.) should generally not be linked to, as described in MOS:OL, as well as dates, including the link you added to 2015. There is a reason those pages were not linked to before, and please take a look at the MOS conventions on what generally should and should not be linked. Thanks. July 2024

[edit]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Zamzam Well. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. See MOS:OVERLINK. Please do not link country names. You have been warned about this previously.
