Please look at the edit summaries that I've written for my reverts of your edits and take them into consideration. There are reasons why I keep changing the article back and you seem to be ignoring them. Dismas|(talk) 10:06, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, no apologies necessary. I was doing the edits at work and was trying to be quick about it. In my haste I may have come off a bit more angry than I intended. My apologies for that. Being at home now, I can give you a bit more of a lengthy explanation of my feelings towards the edits.
Second, to answer your first question, I've looked through Wikipedia:Manual of Style (links) and a couple of the other help pages and guidelines just now and I can't find where it states where in the article that the "external links" section should be within the article. It's generally accepted that they should be at the end but I just can't find a source for that right now.
However, the reason that I moved the FAQs, Episodes and Scripts parts below the External links section is that A) the links provided are external and B) the External links section is a bigger heading when compared to the others (FAQs, Episodes and Scripts). Basically, if you look at the source of the page it looks like this:

Notice the single equal sign "=" on the words "External links" and the double on the others.
As for your second question about the "See also" section and linking to the list of episodes. What I had an issue with when you put the link to List of Seinfeld episodes was not because it is somewhere in the main body of the article. It is, however, just below where you were putting it in. See the Seinfeld template? The big box with things like Main Characters, Culture, Episodes, and Other. The link to the list of episodes is in that box. So it didn't make any sense to have it linked in the "See also" section, when it's already there. It's in the template.
I have no issue with where you put the link for List of NewsRadio episodes since the NewsRadio article does not have a similar template that already shows things like Characters, Episodes, etc. If someone does make a template for NewsRadio then they would more than likely put the "List of..." link in the template and remove your link.
While looking for another example of the "List of..." being in the template for the show I found one for the show Friends. I then saw that you put the Episodes section in. Again, the "List of..." is in the template. This is standard for the "List of..." to be linked in the template for the show. After some time reading articles for shows, you'll get used to looking at the template for related info. I do think that the template for Friends shouldn't be buried at the bottom under the "External links" though.... there, it's moved.

Oh yes, it definitely helps. I didn't find you overly angry or anything by the way. I put the change in Friends thinking it different because it had no other link in the article I saw, not realizing you meant the template as the little box on the right side. I see now, and that makes sense. And also about the "=Episodes=" thing as well, I hadn't noticed that before, good point. I guess I should have posted my comment on my talk page and not yours, I wasn't sure before, I see now. If you want to remove it or anything, feel free. Thanks again.

"little box on the right side"? The Friends template is rather large. Just to be sure we're thinking of the same thing, the template I'm thinking of can be found here.
And as far as which talk page to post your reply to, that's up to you as a personal preference. Some people will reply on their own talk page so that the whole conversation can be kept on one page and thus be a bit easier to follow. Others will respond on the other person's talk page, like I've done here, because then after the message is left, the user will get the "You have new messages" box. It's up to you. I prefer the second method because then I don't have to remember that I need to check someone elses talk page for a response to something I may have asked them.
