LSU Student government
[edit]Hi, Joshua. I have nominated both LSU Student Senate and LSU Student Government Spring Election, 2007 for deletion discussion because they don't meet Wikipedia's guidelines as to what constitutes a Wikipedia article. Primarily, there are no reliable neutral third party sources which discuss the information you're writing about, but in addition, they do seem to fall afoul of the deletion standards. Being a member of a student government does not in and of itself make someone notable. If they went on to do other things which meet the standards at WP:BIO, then the individuals could have articles here, but putting together a list of non-notable individuals doesn't work. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here. I know it's sort of like a slap in the face after the above, but I do welcome you to Wikipedia and hope that you can enjoy your editing here.
