Hello! Interesting article and pretty helpful! Here are a few more ideas on how to use other remedies that are not herbal. The hot pack would help the blood circulation around and to the uterus which helps decrease the pain. Hot packs are usually better than heating a bottle of water just to be safe from burns. Here is the link: http://www.therapearl.com/melt-away-painful-menstrual-cramps/ Here is the link on what the heat packs look like and where they are sold: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Thermacare-Menstrual-Cramp-Relief-8-Hours-Heatwraps-2-Pk/13269726 --Rubymt (talk) 16:46, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Very interesting and useful topic for women. You could also add a section of homemade remedies for menstrual camps for natural at home fixes. Here are a two articles I found to be interesting and helpful: http://www.healthline.com/health-slideshow/menstrual-cramp-remedies http://www.medicaldaily.com/menstrual-cramps-6-home-remedies-247558 --MadelaineSouthwell (talk) 17:18, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I found your article interesting. I found the following articles: 1. http://www.webmd.com/women/guide/heavy-period-causes-treatments 2. http://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/blooddisorders/women/menorrhagia.html --Yanniquehen18 (talk) 17:23, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Heyy, good article. If you want to it wouldn't hurt to mention remedies that can be prescribed, i.e. pills. Also for reasons behind delayed periods you would talk about possible diseases and syndromes. Here are some articles; http://www.webmd.com/women/guide/menstrual-pain?page=2 http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/missed-or-irregular-periods-topic-overview --VnessElizHart (talk) 07:02, 15 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
