Speedy deletion nomination of Sky Research

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Sky Research requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. @WikiDan61 Ugh. This happened with the Creare article as well. Large companies, such as Creare and Ansys, should have Wikipedia pages! Geophysics is underrepresented! More reasons below: This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Many large geophysics companies and their medium-sized counterparts are not at all or only partially represented on Wikipedia. Some examples are Creare, Inc. and Ansys, Inc.. Ansys has almost $2 billion in assets, more than many other companies with large articles, has a huge amount of PR, and is known by many, yet its' Wikipedia page is only one page long. Sky Research has been awarded many extremely large and prestigious contracts, such as one I mentioned on the page. Sky Research has offices internationally, and not just small ones at that: warehouses full of planes, trucks, and cars, along with multimillion dollar contracts. First of all, nothing has been deleted yet...it has been tagged for speedy deletion. What your article about Sky Research lacks most now is reliable sourcing (the mention on Bloomberg is only a passing one). See WP:Yourfirstarticle to learn about what an article is supposed to look like....

Nomination of Sky Research for deletion

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button oder located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
