Request reason:

I wish to request an unblock as I do not think I was rightfully blocked from editing well anything. I just got this new phone and it states my IP has ben blocked by Maestro Ivanković which I do not know who that is.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This account is not directly blocked. If you are unable to edit, please exactly follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to do so. Yamla (talk) 13:50, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I, hereby request to be unblocked from editing once again in 30 minutes of time due the person that was using this phone no longer has access to it (he sold it to me.). He, however said he did abuse the edit ability while he owned the phone. He (now me) is blocked for vandalism. I no longer think the block is required due the person that originally vandalised has access to the phone. Please, do not decline this as I have a valid point. It states on the https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Guide_to_appealing_blocks appeal page of wikipedia that I can make a request if the block is no longer necessary. High regards, TheHolyFather TheHolyFather (talk) 14:10, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This account is still not blocked. Please make a new request that tells us *the exact message* you get when you try to edit, including any IP address mentioned in the message. If you wish to keep your IP address confidential, you can use WP:UTRS. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:23, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

3rd unblock request

Request reason:

I've attempted to use UTRS (Unblock Ticket Request System) where it states that my IP is not blocked and that it may be my account. However, when I search if my account had any previous blocks it says it doesn't.

Block message contains the following:

(In red) Your account has been blocked from using Wikipedija.

Reason for the block: Vandalism

Blocked by: Maestro Ivanković

Block will inspire

a year / 14 January 2020 2:30 PM

What I get from that is that he blocked something that is connected to the phone, but it's neither the account or IP.

I cannot help you more.

I hope you can help me,

TheHolyFather

Decline reason:

Maestro Ivanković is an administrator on the Croatian Wikipedia, not on the English Wikipedia. If you are affected by a block on the Croatian Wikipedia, you'll need to appeal it on the Croatian Wikipedia. We cannot help you here. Try hr:Razgovor_sa_suradnikom:212.15.182.119. • There is no such thing as a block that is "neither the account or IP", as those are the only things we can block. I also do not see any UTRS requests from you since your account was created (earlier) today, and no UTRS requests from an IP at all today. We need to know your IP address, and if you do not tell us then we can not help you. We need to know *all* of the block message, not just something it contains. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:46, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also, you say it says "Blocked by: Maestro Ivanković", but User:Maestro Ivanković is not an admin and can not have blocked anything. In fact, Maestro Ivanković has not edited here since October. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:49, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Looking further, Maestro Ivanković is an admin on the Hungarian Wikipedia, and I see you have made several edits on the Hungarian Wikipedia today (although this account does not appear to be blocked there either). If your problem occurs when you try to edit the Hungarian Wikipedia, you will need to contact an admin there as English Wikipedia admins can do nothing about that. Adding to the appeal

[edit]

Based on Google Translate's approximation, it looks as though the block reason on hr-wiki says it's a username block ("neprihvatljivo ime" = "Unnaceptable name"). Maybe they're a bit more touchy about the Pope over there. The blocking admin was User:Lasta, however. Yunshui  15:54, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • I've requested a 2nd unblock on the Croatian Wikipedian page as it seems that the admin that perma blocked me there doesn't have any brain cells to think or even to help me with my initial problem.

OTRS

[edit]

Since it is pertinent to this block, I would suggest that reviewing admins with OTRS access check OTRS#2019021510004223, in particular the reference to edits made in the past by this user which resulted in a block. Yunshui  15:08, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Who is this?
This is who. Also the responder to your OTRS ticket. Yunshui  15:54, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • It said my OTRS ticket has not been sent due the account/IP address not being blocked....

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Elizabeth II. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block.

Elizabeth II

[edit]

Howdy. Your current approach to the Elizabeth II article, is going to lead you towards a block for edit-warring. Best you concentrate on using that article's talkpage. GoodDay (talk) 22:02, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Elizabeth II shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. You've reverted 3 times, so you're at the limit. DrKay (talk) 22:06, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
