I can't find significant coverage for this company. Joe Chill (talk) 00:58, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment I am not familiar with the guidelines for them, but this should probably be treated not as WP:CORP, but rather as a production studio. A basic Google search shows plenty of evidence that in fact American RadioWorks is the name of the unit of American Public Media that produces a number of notable programs. Under what circumstances is a production studio notable? I don't know. Avram (talk) 05:30, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Merge to American Public Media. Subunits of organizations usually do not merit their own articles, particularly as the current article is no more than a stub. RayTalk 21:53, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- American Public Media has many programs, etc. with separate articles. Also, see the organizational wikilinks in the main article, American Public Media Group.
- Keep. They are very notable. For example; they did this series: Say It Plain. A Century of Great African American Speeches. By American RadioWorks. Here is one speech they covered: "I've Been to the Mountaintop." Memphis, Tennessee - April 3, 1968. Speech by Martin Luther King, Jr.. Info and transcript. American RadioWorks. I just happened to reference the American RadioWorks transcript today from I've Been to the Mountaintop. I think that deletionists who don't bother to see if an article's topic is notable (by a simple "American RadioWorks" Google search) should not waste peoples' time with calls for deletion. Either learn more about how Wikipedia works or don't post deletion requests. When in doubt don't call for deletion. I suggest doing more additive editing before calling for deletion of articles. A more balanced perspective results. --Timeshifter (talk) 04:28, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
