The article fails WP:ANYBIO. The subject was only a deputy inspector general of police, the third most senior rank in the Sri Lanka Police Service, which does warrant auto-notability. The references are simply mentions in passing, confirming his existence. The investigations that he was a part he wasn't even the lead officer. No evidence of any individual notability.
