Contesteted PROD on notability grounds. Boxer does not meet either WP:NBOX or WP:GNG. Did not fight for world titles for any major organization and for the regional tiltes of the same organization (which don't contribute to NBOX he had a losing record. Delete Hasn't fought for a world title and has no significant coverage to meet WP:GNG. It might also be worth noting that he lost a minor title bout to Andrey Bogdanov, whose article was just deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Andrey Bogdanov (boxer).
