Fails both the biographical, general notability guidelines. Maxwell has a blog, but I cannot find biographical coverage in independent sources. I haven't found coverage of his writings sufficient to satisfy the authors notability guideline, but even these were to turn up, the article isn't verifiable. -- Lear's Fool 04:31, 31 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
