Comment References are all to Facebook or the same local newspaper (one I can not, admittedly read), party's got nowhere. On the other hand "Later elected as a representative in 2003 at that time he was 38 years old" - representative to what? Delete classic case of the gap between existence and notability. SPA has not provided any RS for notability for what they admit is a very minor political party or its leader. The only RS linked to the party was a link to a profile in the Phnom Penh Post that is no longer available. --Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 19:44, 4 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
