The article does not meet WP:GNG or WP:NBUILD. The article makes no claim for general notability WP:GNG or historic, social, economic, or architectural importance per WP:NBUILD. Sources in the article are four database entries, one government database listing for "Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act National Master List", and a brief two sentence mention on the designer's website. WP:BEFORE revealed advertising, WP:ROUTINE, WP:MILL coverage, and directory style listings.
