Pierre Hascheff

As usual, Wikipedia only confers an automatic presumption of notability on city councillors if they serve in major metropolitan world cities with populations in the millions, which Reno is not. Absent that, a city councillor has to be able to pile on a serious volume of sourcing to get them past WP:GNG — but this article, as written, is relying exclusively on a single primary source (the city's own website.)
