Comment: There seems to be a better article at bn:রাজলক্ষ্মী শ্রীকান্ত that I suppose we could use for expansion. Unfortunately I don't speak Bangla. If the film indeed won the accolades claimed, then I suppose it is notable. @HindWIKI: The nomination rationale would appear to be based on the state of the article at the time it was nominated, not a thorough WP:BEFORE. Keep: This film is definitely notable. Several sources exist including an IMDB page for this 1987 National Award-winning Bangla movie, albeit having a slightly different title "Rajlokkhi Srikanto" or even Rajlaxmi Srikanto. This title mismatch is apparently due to differences in colloquial Bengali and the Sanskritized literary version as well as Anglicization variants, I presume. One can find many good sources if she searches for Rajlokkhi Srikanto or "রাজলক্ষ্মী শ্রীকান্ত". This AfD exists probably due to the same fate that many English WP articles suffer for subjects from other languages, especially for those from the developing world. Nevertheless, notability and neutrality must be maintained for a WP article. So, I think, the article ]has to renamed and more sources must be added. I am listing a few here, two are from Bangaladesh's leading daily The Daily Star (Bangladesh): Tribute to actor and director Bulbul Ahmed with reference to his 1987 national award, Bulbul Ahmed obituary, and actor Abdur Razzak. A few existing wiki articles on other Bangla film artists refer to this movie as well, please refer: Bulbul Ahmed, Amol Bose, Suborna Shirin and Sabina Yasmin. The Bangla wiki page bn:রাজলক্ষ্মী শ্রীকান্ত also has many Bangla language references. So, I request the author or other editors to enrich the article with these sources and avoid deleting this page. - Sahrudayan (talk) 18:22, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
My recommendation is to rename the page to Rajlakshmi Srikanta (1987 film) or even better to Rajlokkhi Srikanto (1987 film), in order to distinguish from the 1958 Bangla film of similar title Rajlakshmi O Srikanta (1958 film). Sahrudayan (talk) 16:35, 7 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
