  • Delete - I've fixed (or found an equivalent archived) the link, but it still doesn't meet notability, and I've not found anything else looking around either, though a scientist named Welborn kept coming up in scholar - but no mention of him in the article, so unless otherwise pointed out & supported I will assume not linked .
