The result was delete. @PD2D2:, please don't be discouraged. Sometimes our rules can seem convoluted, but they are there to ensure some base level of quality in the encyclopedia. It can take a while to understand what we're looking for. -- RoySmith (talk) 02:56, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Blatent advert - but even so not notable.Peter Rehse (talk) 09:18, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete the sourcing available does not support any claim to general notability: no in-depth coverage or persistent coverage by multiple independent reliable sources. O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 10:29, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep the page on Ajarn Tong. Not sure what notable you are looking for, but his career is deeply rooted within Muay Thai Sports community within the US, Thailand and Internationally. His career has been covered in numerous print publications (written in Thai and English) as backed by google archives (English) and search results from the "Find sources" section above this topic. He is well known within the Local Springfield,MO community as well as Internationally within the Muay Thai sport community. His biography was officially published by the Springfield Public Library and available for reference online (previously available on the Wiki page before it's removal in recent edits.) • (NOTE: yes, I've only just started Wiki and this was my first contribution which resulted in my being bullied by other editors and leaves me deflated and questioning whether it was worth it to join the Wiki community. The removal of 90-percent of the information beyond my one section edits gives me the impression that this forum is biased towards biographies on minorities and leaves me currently in awe of the situation and reception I received. This is my first and last contribution on this biography. PD2D2 (talk) 00:36, 29 January 2017 (UTC))[reply]
  • Delete The article has no significant coverage from independent sources, which means WP:GNG is not met. Merely teaching martial arts is not sufficient to meet WP:MANOTE and there is no evidence he meets any notability criteria. The blatant advertising portions have been removed, but there's nothing to show this subject is encyclopedic. Papaursa (talk) 19:51, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Question: @Papaursa Would the following resource qualify as reliable as it is a project by an independent government agency?PD2D2 (talk) 21:13, 29 January 2017 (UTC) ...The Ethnic Life Stories Project Sanctioned by Springfield-Greene County Library District. These are not self-submitted articles or biographies... As I said on my talk page, I don't think it qualifies as independent. "These storytellers, your neighbors, have recorded their life stories" indicates these are not produced by sources independent from the individuals. There's no independent fact checking so I'd say WP:RS is not met. Papaursa (talk) 21:26, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
