Three months after the previous review of this article, which led to no conclusion, I decided to see what had ever become of this event now that it was supposed to have ended. Despite its being billed as a "worldwide wave", there is no reporting of substance on this alleged three-month-long string of protests. There are 132 Google hits for "worldwide wave of action", mostly from before the alleged start date. If it wasn't a hoax or rumor, then it was simply a plan that didn't bear fruit.
