Reply that's a tough one to answer. You have the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Mukachevo which is in present-day Ukraine but was never part of the Commonwealth. On the other hand, while it is Eastern Catholic, was it ever part of the Ruthenian Uniate Church? There's also the Ruthenian Catholic Archeparchy of Smolensk which for most of its existence was in the Tsardom of Russia.
