- Comment; it's an interesting matter. I am not familiar with the relevant case law, but I certainly think that the argument that the image is in the public domain is compelling: there is no creative expression to protect. I think that, absent unbiased legal opinion, the presumption that it is in the public domain is reasonable. — Coren (talk) 14:45, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Per various others listed on 20th Sep, uploader appears to have put images through an image filter then uploaded as own work. This appears to be a derivative of pictures of the Rock in the scorpion king. e.g [1] 82.7.40.7 (talk) 23:39, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
