[edit]Rudra john cena (talk · contribs) – Hello. I am a registered and regular user of Wikipedia. I am here in Wikipedia for more than 2 years. I have nominated myself for adminstrator because I want to contribute more for Wikipedia. I have nominated numerous articles for Good Article in Wikipedia. I am also a mentor of new reviewers for Good articles. I have cooporated with many user in there new created articles. I think this qualities are enough for transforming into administrator. I will wait for the respectful decision done by other user. Thankyou. Rudra john cena (talk) 07:57, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Questions for the candidate
[edit]Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
- A: An adminstrator has the work to protect an article from vandalism, to block the user who are not respecting the rules and conditions mentioned by Wikipedia after repeated intimations, and if I become a administrator I will intend to work everything that a good admistrator intend to do. - 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?

- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: Yes, once I was in conflict. When I was new to wikipedia, I have started editing a page where I linked Disambugation pages. When I was notified by other user about this. I started myself to edit pages with greater concerntration. In future I will deal any conflict such that it does not violates any terms and conditions. - Oppose I'm afraid I have to agree with Maunus. While I'm willing to assume good faith, this editor's pattern of behaviour (and grasp of English) indicates he still has quite a way to go before he can contribute substantially to the English Wikipedia, let alone provide guidance to others therein. Shoebox2 talk 22:29, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose I'm afraid 164 edits is extremely low for an RFA. Successful candidates for adminship tend to have more than 5000 edits at the very least. Jamesx12345 22:30, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
