PepitoPerez2007 was blocked for 72 hours on 5 August 2010 [1] and the account was abandoned until today. However, the user had apparently already created a second account on 22 June 2010, called ClaudioSantos, editing the same articles, sounding much the same, and currently listed at WP:ANEW for edit-warring. A few days ago, ClaudioSantos was asked if he had had a previous account [2] and he responded with indignation. However, just today PepitoPerez2007 came out of retirement to respond on User:Eddylandzaat's talk page as though he were ClaudioSantos [3] (first pasting a comment made by Eddylandzaat, in order to reply to it) and then immediately logging into his other account and replacing the signature with "ClaudioSantos" [4]. If you look at Talk:Non-voluntary euthanasia you will see that an IP-hopper 190.x.x.x was the cause of a previous bout of edit warring which led to page protection in November 2009. Based on earlier attempts of ClaudioSantos (talk · contribs) to connect eugenics and the practices of Nazi-Germany (see amongst others ANI thread) and a resulting wide topic ban on eugenics and the practices of Nazi-Germany (see Wikipedia:Editing restrictions), and earlier sockpuppets (see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ClaudioSantos/Archive) I became very suspicious about the edits of Virago250. In this edit he provided an (unsourced) connection between "Eugenics in the United States" and Nazi-Germany. His next 5 edits there only strengthened this bond. I noticed also that Virago250 is only a few months active (from the end of July) and has a passion for eugenics in relation to Germany.
It is not impossible that this is a coincidence, in that case I hope to clear Virago250s name and will apologize to him about my suspicion. Night of the Big Wind talk 22:24, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
