Suspected sockpuppets

Back in late 2006 and early 2007, User:TrevorPearce and Denver-based 71.218.96.193 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) were working on Clayton Counts and ColoringBook. There was a hotly debated AfD for the Counts biography. The Forfeh account was registered at the end of August 2012, and on September 23, 2012, Forfeh greatly expanded the Bull of Heaven article. TrevorPearce's last two edits were a half day later on the same article. Forfeh continued to expand the Bull of Heaven article, and created some related articles. It looks like Forfeh took over from TrevorPearce.

During 2014, a handful of Denver area IPs worked on the Bull of Heaven article. Forfeh was inactive for 11 months but started up again on January 12, 2015, with two edits, one asserting authorship of the Bull of Heaven article,[1] and one asking for page protection.[2] Four hours later the account Lagopodous was registered, concentrating on arguments related to the Bull of Heaven article. It looks like Lagopodous was created in violation of WP:MULTIPLE, with one person using multiple accounts to sway debate. All of these accounts appear to be based in the Greater Denver area; the residence of the Bull of Heaven band. A telling fact is that the Denver IP 75.166.140.139 was active on January 11, 12 and 13 during the return of Forfeh and the registration of Lagopodous, all of these working toward the same goal. The two accounts are Red X Unrelated and could not be sockpuppets of each other - even meatpuppetry is unlikely, judging by location. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (Message me) 22:42, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
