Caudalie was created in 1995 by Mathilde Thomas and her husband Bertrand, following their meeting with a professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Bordeaux who revealed the antioxidant powers of grape polyphenols. Caudalie products are highly natural and effective. Caudalie is distributed in 40 countries. The head office is located in Paris but there are offices all over the world (London, New York, Hong-Kong...). Caudalie also has its own Lab of Natural Formulation located in the Cosmetic Valley.

Since 2012, Caudalie has been a member of the "1% for the Planet" network and as the world's leading beauty contributor, Caudalie has planted over 10 million trees in 10 countries. Since 2020, Caudalie has co-founded the 100% Plastic Collect environmental project certified "Net Zéro Plastic". Its goal? To collect plastic waste in the oceans and transform it into resources to build infrastructures. With the help of local recyclers, we collect the equivalent of our annual plastic consumption.
