As we continue to hear about UK students getting into debt due to the costs of studying, just wondering how wise it was (in terms of affordability) to promote gambling amongst the student population. How often do you place a bet? Yesterday, at the #KPMGeSummit in #Gibraltar a couple of the industry leaders mentioned they enjoy gambling on a daily basis. This was in the midst of making a point about the vast majority of gamblers who play recreationally and well within their means. We had just run a workshop about problem gambling amongst industry colleagues and they got me thinking. How prevalent is gambling (in general) within the industry? So how often do you gamble/place a bet/buy a lottery ticket/play slots/casino games etc?
