Patient Advocate

Patient advocates advise and help you with problems or concerns at this facility.
 
Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances with the military treatment facility Patient Advocate at [email protected]

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)  

BCACs educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries.

Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)

DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.
 
Patients are encouraged to set up a web account with Health Net Federal Services to receive referral authorizations, view claims and enrollment information at TRICARE West. HNFS telephone is 844-866-9378.
