We were delighted to host the inaugural “The Voice of UC” at our UC townhall, bringing some extra beats of excitement to our Friday workday! Out of 55 audition entries, 29 talented contestants - both in groups and as solo performers - made it to the quarterfinals, with our Chairman and executive team serving as an incredible jury. The contestants showcased their impressive vocal skills and had a blast on that big stage. Supporters gathered to cheer for their favourites, filling our UC Hall with an electrifying atmosphere. What started as an ordinary internal singing contest turned into a “fun at work” UC Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, overflowing with laughter and cheers alongside our fantastic working buddies. #UniChinaGroup #VoiceofUC #singingcontest

Since February, our partnership with CLASSY·KISS (卡士), known as the “Hermes of Yoghurt”, has been tremendously successful. The inaugural CLASSY·KISS products have been distributed through more than 1,000 channels across the city, achieving widespread popularity and substantially exceeding our initial sales targets. The UC annual sports day is as vibrant as the summer, keeping our spirits high and energised. This year, we have included more competitive categories, such as shuttlecock kicking and ladder drills challenges, to encourage greater participation from our colleagues in this exciting sporting event. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the energetic cheering dance performances by the 8 teams. The teams have taken their performances to new heights, featuring lively displays like lion dances and pop dance routines to kick off the event with a bang. Following the opening, we had a lineup of heart-pumping activities, including ladder drills, football, hula hoop, rope skipping, plank challenge, shuttlecock kicking, tug of war, and a Three-on-Three Basketball Game. Each contestant displayed a positive attitude towards self-improvement, and cheering for all who are gritting their teeth to compete in the games. The contagious sportsmanship and competitive spirit had every one off their seats. Our Chairman, Jackie Ling, appreciated all staff for their continuous growth over the years, which truly exemplifies UC's DNA of pursuing excellence through determination. Taking advantage of this special occasion that brings all our passionate staff together, we also presented certificates of appreciation to our long-serving employees. The UC fitness culture has been enlivened by the freshness of CLASSY·KISS Yogurt! On the opening day of this year’s Olympic Games, we organised a fun office fitness day in our UC Townhall, inviting all staff to join in a series of friendly fitness challenges to prepare for the upcoming corporate sports day. Participants were rewarded with CLASSY·KISS sports gifts upon completion. Our brand-new gym room is fully stocked with everything we need to get our hearts pumping and bodies sweating, like exercise bikes and treadmills.
