AZB & Partners represented Mitsui on their acquisition of a strategic stake in SATS Food Solutions India, as part of the food and retail solutions businesses partnership between Mitsui and SATS. SATS is a major airline service provider, and Mitsui will hold a 15% stake in the joint venture which will engage in the business of food manufacturing and distribution in India, Thailand, China, and Singapore.
