There is a big need to train #working #professionals to enable the just transition of the #automotive industry to EVs. The #IIT #Madras #CPoeM certification program has been very successful in bringing EV technology awareness and skills to working professionals in the industry. EV Reporter.com is an online platform that provides deeply researched content about the growing electric vehicle ecosystem in India. They cover the latest news, expert opinions, events and trends in the Electric Vehicle industry and associated business lines. The website aims to serve the information needs of following user segments, i.e. end-users who will buy the electric vehicles, EV enthusiasts who can find resources to learn about the entire EV value chain, and Businesses in EV space who are looking to find regulatory and policy-related information. The platform encourages all stakeholders to participate and enrich the knowledge base thus created. The two organizations will collaborate to raise awareness about the readiness of emerging technologies in new-age mobility and develop and maintain a projected Technology Roadmap for the Auto Industry. Point of contact between the CEO, CSO and external clients/faculty members. 2. Coordinate with Professor-In-Charge office for internal meetings, approvals etc. 3. Check emails, distribute, and follow up on correspondence accordingly. 4. Handling queries through emails and calls. 5. Manage Calendars, Schedule meetings and appointments. 6. Book meeting rooms/conference halls for meetings and workshops. 7. Arrange refreshments and lunch for meetings. 8. Make travel arrangements and claim for reimbursements. 9. Follow up with Auditor on Income Tax and Society Matters; Support compliance. 10. Participate in Meetings; Preparation of documents, minutes of meetings. 11. Maintain and organize documentation as a soft copy in Google Drive.   Skills required: 1. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills 2.
