On International Literacy Day, we had an inspiring and interactive session with the parents of our Unmukt program beneficiaries, where we highlighted the immense value of education through a fun and engaging game! The session aimed to shed light on the importance of education, especially for those who have faced their own challenges due to a lack of it. We emphasized that to prevent their children from experiencing similar struggles, it’s crucial to ensure they are enrolled in school and connected to education. Parents voiced their thoughts: "If you hadn’t emphasized the value of education, many children in our village would still be playing marbles or wandering around, never reaching school. Now, we are committed to enrolling our children because we realize that education opens doors to every opportunity. Without it, no work can truly be achieved." Another parent added, "Though we didn’t get the chance to study, we will ensure our children do, so they don’t face the same struggles we did. Education is the key to their future." It was a strong reminder of why our mission is so important. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish. Let's ensure that education is accessible to all, so every child can dream big and achieve their full potential!

During a recent field visit, Priya, our Assistant Program Coordinator, witnessed the incredible impact of peer groups. She joined a dynamic Peer Group Meeting led by our inspiring Girl Icon, Ashiki.
