Meet Natasha Chetty Services Area Manager at Renco.   Natasha's journey to her leadership role at Renco has been remarkable. Originating from South Africa, she made a significant leap by moving to Italy. Overcoming language and cultural barriers through perseverance and determination, she has risen to a position where she successfully manages several high-pressure projects in Italy and abroad.  “I pushed myself on so many occasions to overcome the moments of hardship of the language and culture barriers and today I see that when you truly believe in yourself you can break all boundaries both physically and mentally.” Learn more about Natasha and how she has shaped her career and made an impact at Renco. #RencoPeople  

On World Humanitarian Day, we want to spotlight the Rinaldo Gasparini Foundation Maternity Clinic in the village of Kendwa, Zanzibar. Since its inception, the clinic has been a vital resource for women in the region seeking maternity care. We also wanted to highlight one of the key figures behind the success of this project: Hawa Kivembele, Clinical Director of the RGF clinic. Hawa's journey has been remarkable. In 2011, she began her role at the clinic as a clinician. Two years later, she decided to pursue a Medical Degree (MD). When she shared her ambitions with the Director of Renco Tanzania, Renco generously agreed to fully sponsor her studies. In 2019, Hawa was appointed Clinical Director of the maternity clinic. Under her leadership, the clinic has experienced a substantial increase in successful deliveries and continues to grow as a leading healthcare provider in the region. We have officially begun work on the redevelopment of the Garden Suite Hotel in Pesaro, Italy.  The aim of this project is more than a simple redevelopment project, we are focused on transforming this hotel into a symbol of sustainable tourism in the region.  We have incorporated cutting-edge sustainable technologies to make the hotel earthquake-resistant and energy-efficient, with all technical systems managed through advanced home automation. The materials selected for construction also adhere to green standards. We are excited to announce a major development project in Yerevan, Armenia, of two tower blocks known as the Milano and Firenze Towers. This project will include luxury apartments, a financial business center, and commercial space. Additionally, a new outdoor square and park will be developed around the buildings.   The project goes beyond constructing a group of mixed-use buildings within the property area. It aspires to be a true point of reference and a driving force for initiatives throughout the entire neighborhood. We are reimagining the entire area as a new neighborhood where services, social interactions, and new infrastructures coexist harmoniously.   The buildings will be certified under the LEED BD+C Core and Shell protocols, an International certification system. A special focus will be on material selection, system performance, and advanced consumption management technology.   Learn more about this new project that infuses Italian design into a fresh approach to living. #Renco #Armenia #newproject
