Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. §1. In order to expedite the completion of the Hampton Roads Veterans Care Center project, $32.7 million shall be made available, from such bonds identified and authorized by the General Assembly in a separate act adopted by the 2015 Session of the General Assembly for such purpose, as a priority for the Hampton Roads Veterans Care Center project. §2. In addition to such priority allocation of bonds under §1, the General Assembly hereby appropriates $60.7 million in nongeneral fund authority for the Hampton Roads Veterans Care Center project. The source of such nongeneral funds shall be federal funds. §3. The Hampton Roads Veterans Care Center project is authorized up to a 230-bed facility. |
