Kindly Note:
We now require a signature on delivery for all orders over $150. We have experienced an overall increase in package theft, and may not have the inventory to send a replacement if needed, therefor signature is required for larger orders. 
Please ensure the address you are shipping to is a safe and secure place to leave packages.


SHIPPING

 

$4.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN USA, $9.95 FLAT RATE FOR EXTRA FRAGILE ITEMS WITHIN USA

All domestic orders ship from our store in Washington state, via USPS or UPS, on Wednesday's and Thursday's, excluding holidays.  

Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to be processed, although we will try our best to process your order the day it is received. 

✿ Once your order is received and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted, so please double-check your order before submission.

International Shipping

Please note that items purchased by international customers from moonpennyshop.com are Final Sale. We currently do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders. 

If you have any questions regarding products, sizing, or any other information that may influence your selection, please email [email protected] prior to purchasing. We will be happy to help. 

Shipments outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS or DHL, Wednesay's and Thursday's, excluding holidays.

Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable customs duties or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Moonpenny. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.

Lost Packages: Moonpennyshop.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please see our FAQ for next steps if your package is lost. Upon inquiry, Moonpennyshop.com will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Other Notes: Moonpenny, as the seller, fulfills its responsibility in shipping the package to the address the buyer provides, with the carrier approved by the buyer at the time of checkout.
