Many states focus on particular school subject areas as integral to their curriculum. This sections offers information to highlight state reform activity by school subject. Policy initiatives can cover school subjects such as arts education, civic engagement, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and on-the-job training programs.
