    Today we launched a new digital twin plugin for the IBM Maximo Application Suite (IBM MAS) that provides geospatial BIM viewing and 4D data integration. Working with partners COSOL (IBM MAS experts) and DBM Vircon (Digital Engineering experts), this new viewer and integration hub overcomes the scale and complexity limitations of existing IBM MAS plugin viewers. This new viewer plugin provides an integration hub for many new types of spatial data, from 2D and 3D CAD, BIM, GIS, point cloud and photogrammetry, and non-spatial or live (IoT) sources. Data, that until now, has been difficult or impossible to amalgamate using existing viewer plugin solutions. It offers dynamic visual styling for rapid identification of performance and condition issues of assets in IBM MAS, and in fact any attribute required such as budgeting, phasing, staging, data and risk, plus many other status or performance type attributes.  All kinds of complex data can be merged at a geometry and data level into a single view with associated asset and work order data in IBM MAS connected to documentation stored in document management systems.     A good example of the use of a Nextspace Digital Twin in Infrastructure. This has been applied to the planning and construction phase and can be used in future to build a more comprehensive twin for managing the "as built" operational model connected to other operational data such as work order systems and IoT sensor data. We are also excited by the new 2D schematic relationship designer tools for this type of use case (in Beta now) This new tool will rapid addition of connectivity and resilience intelligence to digital twins.     SiteDE developed an innovative approach to digital construction to help our clients CS Energy on their Greenbank Battery project. Working closely with our clients to address their specific needs, we’ve created a transformative tool in construction visualisations and communication, accessible via the web to provide a precise as-constructed timeline during construction. Driven by drone data, terrestrial photography, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, the project now has a single point of comprehensive coverage. We are integrating with document management systems to connect the design to as-built datasets, allowing for precise progress assessment, training, and stakeholder communication. We have also improved the accessibility of project status through photorealistic datasets, and seamless linkage to key project documents. This project will allow CS Energy to complete remote risk assessments, training, and is the building block for their Digital Twin ambitions. Take a look at the imagery of the live progress.
