Launched in February 2015, the purpose of this project is to provide a platform for the administrators of the Wikimedia volunteers’ ticketing system, OTRS, to publish data-driven reports to better understand this part of the Wikimedia microcosm. OTRS is used by the Volunteer Response Team to handle general questions, feedback, and license releases.
The site is currently maintained by User:Pajz; the source code is also available via Bitbucket.
