Tracking how often files were (un)successfully imported and other stuff
Closed, InvalidPublic5 Estimated Story Points

Description

  • We want to have an overview if the restrictions we impose are too hard, or rarely a problem. Therefore, please track on a grafana board how often the import fails because of any exception, seperated by the reasons.

Examples

  • a suppressed file (do we coun't each file once, of if there are multiple attempts, we count it multiple times?)
  • missing info (e.g. first version of file could not be retrieved anymore)
  • any of our max revisions limit is hit
  • a failure of the abuse filter
  • Furthermore, please add a total number, and graph with one day granularity how many files were successfully moved
  • Add an average / max / min number for how long it takes between users clicking the "import button" and redirecting to the commons page of a successful transfer.
  • Show the mean, median, 50% 75% 90% cases for number of file revisions, number of text revisions,
