Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Export a page with some revisions with an empty edit summary via Special:Export.
- Use XML validator to validate it against its XSD. (e.g. upload to https://www.freeformatter.com/xml-validator-xsd.html)
What happens?:
The validator gives some errors because the <comment> tag is missing and not optional in schema ver 0.11 (it was in 0.10).
I wonder why that definition changed though, it seems not part of T174031 which introduced ver 0.11.
What should have happened instead?:
No XML validation errors, either set the <comment> tag to optional again, or use empty <comment> tags for empty edit summaries.
